At Piscine Équipement Boutique, we strive to deliver your pool equipment and accessories as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority at Piscine Équipement Boutique. We offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure you can shop with confidence for all your pool needs.
Return Policy
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and in perfect resalable condition
- All accessories, manuals, and spare parts must be included
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Pool chemicals (chlorine, bromine, algaecide)
- Opened water analysis products
- Custom-cut liners and reinforced membranes
- Safety products like pool alarms that have already been installed
Return Process
- Submit a Request
Email your return/exchange request to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
- Content:
- Product name and reference number
- Quantity
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify replacement product
- Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the product carefully in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the provided address
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
- Processing by Our Team
Upon receiving your return:
- We inspect the product within 3 business days
- We notify you via email about your request status
- If approved, we process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after approval
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting your return
- We cover the shipping costs for the replacement product
- For price differences, we’ll adjust the amount via email
